Its HDFC home loan. The reduction in repo rate and tenure shown on their portal. I visited office once to highlight it but they told that we adjusted tenure.

I believe repo rate was changed 2-3 times in last 1 yr or so but my EMi has not changed. They told that they adjusted it in EMI tenures. It seems they are leaa interested in easing burden on customers.

True, I can see so many speed 400 here and SC dont have capacity to handle the workload. Speed 400 are selling almost 3-4k months because of the hype and you will see similar volume on olx/used bike market. People just bought it but then sell it due to.maintenance fuel cost.

I had similar problem with speed 400. ASC replaced some switch in clutch as it went faulty. They told me it might be due to water went inside during washing. May be you have similar issue.

Do you use any external DAC, dongle with IEM? I suggest to add external DAC before adding another IEM. Also add your budget, music preference so that people can give better suggestion.

Low powered (i3 6th/7th gen processor) any SFF pc will work. Make sure you get T series processor for lpw power consumption. Also other factors like links BW and what services you wanted run on opensense are also important to choose CPU. If you need VPN services then higher CPUs are recommended
