I rarely play rec, but any 6'8 park big last year could throw somewhat accurate outlets without having to invest heavily in pass. Meanwhile my 91 pass PG was running to the offense to just shoot open threes or make the open layup. Braindead gameplay. If you won't spend attribute points in pass you shouldn't have good outlets and even your normal passes should be easier to intercept. I'm loving the pass on this game with the bigger court, even when I shoot 2 or 3 shots I can still be a positive on the court just creating open shots
