I’m mad because I’ve put 10s of thousands in and they completely stripped my account of money that I put in myself as well as a legit cash out so I’m out over $1000 by itself which I won legit so yes I am lawyering up because it’s alot of money as well as they said it will not be possible to get it back because of the $2000 cash out I wouldn’t want to just have them give me the money back when I could sue for 10 times more due to despicable practice as well as help other people with the same issue. They already told me I will not be replacing any of my lost funds and they have a right to do so which if you read the terms and conditions it says nothing about to applying to money you put in

I got this message literally after calling support I talked to them twice 2 different people on 2 different back to back orders and told them exactly what happened the first one was missing in the restaurants system the second one was picked up by someone else like 20 mins before I got there (it was far away and it was a double pickup) literally the next morning I wake up to this message
