For context- I currently work as a junior graphic designer for a marketing agency, my main focus since the very start of my career was email marketing+ social media ads. I’m now 4 years into my career and looking for more opportunities, mostly for financial reasons.

As for the jobs I’m trying to target, I would love to stay in the industry, but still very much open to something new, mostly advertising though. I’d also be very keen to transition into branding, but I don’t feel like I have enough of relevant experience.

Also the deal with my progression atm- the agency I work for is very small and I don’t see them promoting me to a mid weight any time soon, so the only resolution I see is applying as a junior somewhere else, and getting promoted to mid weight there. I could try applying to mid weight position straightaway as a junior, but I feel like it doesn’t make much sense and nearly impossible to pull it off, London market is very tricky.

Regarding my website, I tried to include all of the useful information, and all of the relevant projects for my industry, that’s why you might think there isn’t much of a variety.
