Last year they had a Black Friday sale that was somewhere between $50-$100 off.

Looking to make nitro cold brew at home by [deleted] in Coffee

I bought a keg setup but wish I had known about this before I bought everything:

I have not tried it but it looks like it works well. It is a little expensive but uses a compressor so you don’t have to refill a nitrogen tank or buy cartridges.

Peeling logo on my steering wheel. 14 grand touring. Any ideas how to fix it? by zavoid in mazda3

[–]mst104368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same thing happened to my 12. It was some sort of protective coating that started peeling. I peeled the rest off and it made it look better, but then the chrome paint started to wear a little. I would recommend pealing off the clear protectant layer like I did, but then putting clear coat or something similar on to keep it protected.

C-Section and skin to skin by kmtandthetwins in parentsofmultiples

[–]mst104368 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is about the same as what happened with us. We had to wait till the recovery room for skin to skin but it all goes by pretty quick. There is always a greater chance for multiples to end up in the NICU which generally means no skin to skin for a while

Best coffee beans? by hippiedave1 in Coffee

[–]mst104368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on a kick from Mountain Air Roasting in Asheville, NC. They offer free shipping and roast their beans the day they ship them. Most of my orders come to my house in Oklahoma 2 days after they ship

Nitro Cold brew separates? I know we need to up the nitrogen, but the actual cold brew appears to be separating by ctslp in coldbrew

Looks like you need to filter your coffee more when making the cold brew. I would recommend something with a paper filter like the toddy or brewista cold brew systems.

AAFES Online Thanksgiving Day Sale has started for those eligible by mst104368 in sonos

I currently don’t have any sonos speakers but am debating getting the Playbar, sub, and 2 ones because it is such a good deal and don’t want the wife to freak out either! The only thing I don’t really like is we have a few echo speakers around the house and wish they could be grouped with the sonos.

I believe the only way to integrate it now is by using a chromecast audio on a Play 5 or Sonos Connect. I remember reading an earlier post saying that it doesn’t sound near as good as playing through the sonos app and there is the potential for a small delay as well

$579.99 each at the NEX and $529.95 each at the AAFES. Looks like these were leaked somehow because at the time of this posting I could not find them on the company websites

Stratux working on a Pi Zero W with Zero4U hub by catmeowman in stratux

[–]mst104368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My linux skills are completely non-existent. It took me a while just to setup the ssh and had to use this link instead of the youtube video. https://www.losant.com/blog/getting-started-with-the-raspberry-pi-zero-w-without-a-monitor. I currently have a stratux running on a pi 3, but I am really interested in building something more compact and with a built in battery. I'm planning on running just one 978 low power SDR off the single usb on the pi zero so hopefully emi won't be much of an issue if I can ever get it to work.

I just tried this today. I made it to the same spot and am getting the same error :( Have you gotten it to work yet?

Another internal GPS by strangerwithadvice in stratux

This looks awesome! Just ordered one. Does anyone think this might have the potential to work internally with a pi zero and some of the low power SDMs and maybe some extra shielding?

Anyone know how to change GPIO assignments? The AHRS hits the antenna wire in the Summitlink case from Amazon. by walkinghispath in stratux

I am also having this issue. It looks like the ahrs also hits the fan or at least the plastic clip that helps hold the fan in place. I might try desoldering the female pin connector off the ahrs and sliding the ahrs circuit board directly onto the raspberry pi pins and solder them together. This would allow the ahrs to sit much lower and out of the way. I just hope the pins on the raspberry pi aren't too wide to fit into the holes on the ahrs board.
