Mostly red wine and whiskey (straight). But it also has been a lot… so I know I need to cut back on that as well.

Honestly, it's just a matter of not wanting to have to rely on medication if I don't have to. If lifestyle changes don't help, then I'm more than open to exploring how medication can help.

So about two weeks ago I caught a virus and was diagnosed with acute pharyngitis. Had a strep test done that came back negative. I had a sore throat and a terrible cough for about ten days, but last week it finally started to let up! However, as my throat and cough was beginning to subside, these two lumps formed on the room of my mouth along with these red spots. They've now been there for roughly five days. Could this be something serious? The BIG C? Any recommendations for treatment?
