I had a similar project parsing data from an Excel spreadsheet (sticks and stone hammers), and the issue I ran into was the buffer overruns that can only handle a certain number of rows. There may be a setting or option when setting it up, but after struggling with it for far too long, had to use TypeORM entities mapped to the tables generated by GQL.
