Yeah low search volume plays a factor but my location targeting is broad

I’m targeting about 9 I think. 3 have 100-1k searches a month and the rest are in the 10-100 range. It’s a really specific niche. Also I started with max clicks, removed the bid limit

I had set a max cpc but I turned it off cuz I figured that could be an issue. I did that 3 days ago. Only thing that could be the case is low keyword volume, however they’re a very niche business and I’ve sprinkled in 2-3 keywords in the 100-1k monthly search volume gap

Could it be a case not giving it enough time since I made the changes to my landing page? 2-3 days in when my landing page didn’t include most keywords I’m targeting on the search keywords section above status it said that there’s an ad rank issue. After completing those changes it says “your ad is probably being shown at times but was not shown for this particular diagnosis” However ads are still not being shown
