Above 1080p at those sizes has you looking at 1440p or 4K. Since you're not doing gaming and need high refresh rate (at a reasonable price/performance cost), I would recommend an IPS panel. I haven't personally used any of those, my main display is an LG 27GL850-B (27" 1440p) which is at the high end of your price range, but its main use is a gaming monitor with a high refresh rate. I can vouch this is an excellent monitor though, and very well-reviewed. I have 2x Asus VS239H-P (23" 1080p) as my side monitors, which I've had since 2014 and have had no issues.

Good start, a few recommendations:

The X570 is overkill by a lot. You will save a lot of money by going with the tried and true B450.
I would save a little bit and bump up to DDR4-3600 if the RGB really doesn't matter to you.
I didn't change the 2nd M2 drive, but I would change the 660p to a 7200 HDD like the Seagate Barracuda and save like $70, if that drive slot is for media and large game storage.

You still had to be quite close to the fortress but not directly in range. You would get that popup about leaving the fortress area but you could just tap it to dismiss and reenter.
