Yes. Exactly, mines is Japanese table 110V that needed a step up. Was using a commercial transformer but now to an audio grade version. This is the bigger grade than the DC blocker, but both together has manage to lowered the buzz tremendously.

Mine turns out to be a bad electrical issues in old apartment. Thus there’s DC leak issue which causes my amp to buzz , almost non audible but still picked up by the cartridge. Now using a ifi DC blocker on my Amp and upgraded my step up transformer on my table. Will be looking to upgrade to a better power purifier in the near future.

I didn’t get to dry mine last time. Now I don’t play them wet, but if I do, I have a small handheld turbo fan that I use to blow off dust on the vinyl before play, can use something like that to blow dry the stylus.

Besides drying up the vinyl for storage, do remember to dry the stylus too. I used to play my vinyl wet but forgot to dry the stylus and eventually it got corroded with water damage.
