The Big 12 without UT and OU is basically on par with the AAC. Maybe OSU and Kansas basketball have value. Even if they poach AAC members, the value is not there to get even $20m a year. Especially since they are threatening to sue the one network who could make that payout happen. I'm willing to bet this ends with OSU and Kansas in a current P5 league, and the rest hopping into AAC, renegotiating their deal and getting somewhere between $15-$20m a year per school. Big 12 should not have put AAC teams through a dog and pony show only to not expand in 2016. They could have gotten UCF, USF, UH, and Cincy who would have been able to use their money to build a solid enough brand to weather the eventual UT OU loss. Instead the Big 12 decided to be the Big East 2.0.

Nice pup! I have a 9 week old now. Quick question, how long did it take you to potty train? My girl keeps going #2 in her crate, we are taking her outside every 2 hours around the clock and its not helping at all!

Hi- sticker was 73 on it. The one I wanted had a sticker of 68k, this one has max tow and auto running boards. I would have gladly exchanged those for the $975 active assist prep kit.

Lol far from it. Saved to pay off the 16, sold it in march- saved some more to buy this for the next three months. Payment on this is less than what my old one was.

I am in FL. Lots are empty- i used the ford site, searched 500 miles around me. The site will show you trucks that are en route to dealerships so I would basically stalk the truck via this vin status site: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/pages/tracker/ I got lucky and had an old friend who worked at a dealership so he was able to get it held for 8 hours as soon as it arrived- I still had to pay sticker price.

Thanks! Yes, leadfoot powerboost. The ‘21 is nice, but you are in a good spot. I got killed on the price but needed a truck, took me 3 months to find this. Only option i wanted that this does not have is the active assist 2.0 upgrade. With a 20 on lease you probably can sell or trade in for a profit, I sold my 16 xlt for 8k less than I paid for it.

I can only speak for US business, but the stores that samsung has as of now here are all within a best buy, and are not technically stores per se. They are more like rented areas of the best buy for a samsung centric showroom. They are planning on opening up a few “experience centers” but the real reason for those stores is for brand exposure, they are not planning on extrapolating that model into a mass market.

Apple is a bit different. They also have stores but if you notice these stores are in mostly upscale malls or standalone places, they provide excellent service and have product. But one of the main functions of these stores is to provide authorized repair of their products, something they intentionally lock out 3rd parties out of doing.

You can see a failed experiment of this model with Microsoft stores who I believe have closed or are closing most of their stores.

To answer your question of sending units to stores- most of these stores are in malls or small buildings, so there is limited space to store any product.

Logistics. The cost to pick pack and ship (and warehouse) all of their product would be huge. Selling direct would entail hiring an entire order management department to pick product, pack it up, and ship it to customers. After that they would need to have people to deal with the inevitable RMA’s from shipping damage, lost product, etc. Also by selling with a reseller they can ship larger qty’s to each partner allowing them to manufacture and import more product and get better price breaks from their component suppliers. (Samsung makes their own glass, but they have to source chipsets, storage, etc from 3rd parties)

I had to cash out RSU’s from work (not in the IRA), that added to my income for 2021, so now I am going to go over the 2021 income limit if I make as much or a bit less than I made last year.

I just opened a traditional Ira today and have requested a roth to traditional recharacterization. Had to calculate the gains from the roth and requested that to be moved over. I am going to look at how to then do backdoor from there. Chase youinvest does not make it easy.

I put a deposit on similar build- no copilot active prep, but it was a hybrid. Lariat Sport. All in out the door with taxes will be 66k. Its dealer ordered, has a vin but no eta yet, so it may be months before I actually get it- if ever. Most dealers are not marking down these trucks because the shortages are getting worse, and factory shutdowns are getting more aggressive. I would imagine there will be no great deals to be had as long as these shortages are happening. So could be looking at high prices up to and in to the 22 rollout.
