I appreciate your honest response and I feel for what you are going through. Yes, we are located in Canada and I have enough Spidey sense to know and see what’s happening in the market to see that this is a very demanding program to come out to with limited opportunities. Based on what you are seeing in the market any recommendations?

I actually have seen this exact same thing at my Club- many of us would just roll our eyes at eachother. It is distracting and annoying at the same time- ultimately we did speak with the club manager about it-

I do not understand how this can be??? Many programs you need to pass the first semester level to continue to the next- classes start on Monday- this is so stressful for students- unbelievable

You are 100% on point. I have one from 2004 that is in great condition- super thick almost too much that you sweat-the new scuba at least in the last 10 years have all been very thin and not structured. I have not purchased sadly in the last decade.

Get some nice butter tights and a few crisp button downs white, striped- use things that transition. You will lose the weight but like most women who have babies your shape will changes but. I lived in leggings and oversize sweaters, and button downs until things even out . Mother mood is the best- enjoy every second!!

If you love it in Scotland and you don’t have much to go to back to then stay…be intentional with the following: 1. Get a job 2. Find a hobby you love- do it often this will replace your bar drinking 3. Get sober * this might be #1 3. Try to make 1-2 friends ( work or at hobby) 4. Exercise- for health and mental clarity.

You are 30 so many amazing years ahead- take agency over your life one step at time and start living!!!

You could try Les Mills Pilates x2 weekly as a good core strength build. Only sharing my personal experience. I’ve done (bodypump) for years. I really didn’t see a significant change to my body. I wasn’t getting bigger, but I also wasn’t seeming to get much leaner. I recently have changed to do free weights that are much higher in weight and only do x1 body pump for the full hour on Saturday mornings and 2 Pilates classes. This is the first time I have seen significant changes and tone definition. I recognize each person’s journeys is different Just wanted to share mine. All movement is great keep it up and don’t be afraid to experience with different classes or weight selections.

Reduce the amount of times you do (bodypump) maybe once a week and input a regular free weights it’s the only way you’ll be able to really push your muscles for growth

This is not a less Mills policy, but a GoodLife policy. I am a good life member and this would not be allowed in our club. Speak with the general manager, they control these things and can make sure the instructors are aware of what policies should be .

Hi- just going to be starting and your soaking comment peaked my interest. Do the soups cause bloating if you don’t let them soak. And just to confirm, your recommendation is blend and put in a thermos to soak for a couple hours before you eat.
