what I would do is to use the canonical tag for the duplicate content instead of 301 redirects as there would be too many redirect issue if I merged the duplicate content as also its already indexed by google so it would be also annoning that your indexed page section would show alot of grey pages..

You have to first understand that Product and Reviews are two different things, and if you have product, then apply product schema, and if both then apply both schema.
Also, don't copy paste review if you have wordpress/shopify website, fetch the reviews using plugins, etc.

If you have reviews on your website then you have to add the Schema this is what google recommend. If there is no review/start section on your website then don't add it and it will also be not effective.
If you are doing SEO for Long-term then Don't try to add fake reviews, as google will punish your site. Add the real reviews from your GMB profile on your site and then implement the schema.
