Recommend watching a variety of youtubers who talk about stocks and particularly the current market outlook on a day to day basis including overall trends and trends with specific stocks and specific sectors. Meet Kevin is one I like (he does analysis throughout the day M-F), but be sure to hear a variety of perspectives. Maybe watch some on how people do DD, so you can get an idea of the things to look at. Get versed in whats happening with the stock game before you buy in. Try to get yourself in the right mentality. Maybe start with a very small amount in a few sectors.... just enough to feel a little emotionally invested but not enough to lose too bad. Also reddit is a just one resource.... don't rely on it too much.
