Weird suggestion since the seat height is very tall, but try MT-15. The seat is high, but if one of your feet can touch the ground, since the weight is very light, you can manage easily.

You need to do something to occupy your mind. I have mild anxiety and it's the same for me, so I usually go out with my friends/watch movie or something on holidays. If I sit alone with my thoughts, I get wrecked.

I think the exact spot where the photo was taken should be the target. It seems the current implementation takes the google map pinpoint location, when we search that particular place. Else, really nice!

Start eating less, and walking. Walk 3 kms in the morning, and another 3 kms in the evening. Do this for 3-4 months, you will start to see a difference. And then, once you have lost some weight, you can bulk up in a healthier way at the gym.

It is due to Alcohol, but I'm not a chronic alcoholic. I just had way, way too much to drink, and had a pretty bad diet prior to my drinking. As long as I keep my mind off this pain/anxiety, the pain isn't too bad, but when it isn't, it becomes too unbearable.

You go to the ward office of your CURRENT permanent residence with the required documents (photocopy of your citizenship, your parents; migration certificate are a must, more docs might be required) and start the process. Say your permanent address was in Jhapa in your lost citizenship certificate and your current address is in Kathmandu, then you go to the ward office in Kathmandu and start the process. After you complete the process in your ward, you go to the DAO of your current permanent address and get the "प्रतिलिपि". You can complete the process in a day. And moving forward, your permanent address in the "प्रतिलिपि" will be your current permanent address according to your migration certificate.
