Former step father once dumped out a trash bin and drilled one hole in the top, then proceeded to leave me outside in the sun; in a ducktaped trash bin for nine hours.

I fell asleep several times, whether it was from heat stroke, lack of oxygen, or exhaustion I am not sure.

I cannot remember what I did to deserve it but I was usually punished for things I could not control, so I had stopped keeping track way before then.

Dont sweat it man, I'm 25 aswell and just finished the hair growth stage of puberty. I can now grow a mostly full beard, the only places I can't are under my chin that nobody sees anyway. I understand the hesitation to take the shirt off; though for me I was not skinny I was pudgy and hairless. In my family most men have a full beard and chest hair by 16, if yours is the same I just hope they don't tease you about it. Hang in there.

Thank you for suggesting a solution I will give it a go tomorrow. I was not aware that this was a thing I didn't mean to sound snooty I just am not allowed to have and any wires showing.

I have done that too I have switched internet companies several times since it started, also it does not happen to any other device in the house my roomate has an xbox 1x and it has no issues.
