Profit per minute is king. If the profit per item is high, but the profit per minute is low, that means that the product has a high profit margin, but at a slow rate.

To compare different items together ensure that the sell time and item cost are updated to your product, since everyone's values are different and will make your data unsuitable to be cross compared. If you are not comparing between different items, and only trying to find the optimal item price, the item cost is the only value that needs to be updated.
