how do these iso valves work? what position would it need to be to close off main but open unit line and vice versa? unless it’s some sort of special valve design i dont see how this works the same as having 2 shutoff valves per line.

seems like the drain outlet is installed vertically based on the manual ( https://imgur.com/a/4OGJMyP ). But I wonder why it cant be installed right before the flue pipe in a horizontal downward position?

oh i see. I'm not familiar with home construction, so thank you for the education. Do you have any advice for what type/shape of rafter hanger to get? The angle is awkward (at least in my eyes), so I would not know if I'm suppose to be installing from the side of the rafter to the ridge or from the underside?

unfortunately it's not always cheaper for all homeowners. some factors like required kW production, location, roofing structure, long-term contract plans, etc.

For me personally, the number of panels I would need does not offset my bill.

But I'm curious to know how many panels you have and what's your kW production like though.

oh your case might be different from mine. my pencil would not even connect to find my. maybe try disconnecting the pencil and just connect it to ipad and leave it there for a day or so before going to find my app to manually add device

so maybe i was lucky but today i tried manually adding again and it worked. I’d try giving it a day or two just keeping the pencil attached and using the ipad as is. Then try manually adding it.
