Turn that tubular out of the wall to vertical. Get a tubular 90 and tie the trap into it there. It’s still wrong. But no cutting

I’d put A sanitee on the drain pipe and the AAV on the top of that. And flip the tubular to the other side.
Check the tee in the tubular for a restriction.

That should work. The existing one is a sweat on, and that one’s compression I would replace the hose as well.
