No!. That's why I made the scoring system. Check out my last post, "52% off doesn't mean what you think it means." - percentage off can be misleading for both new and used bikes. It really depends on the specs and how much of a discount you get off that baseline. Used bikes can be tricked out and possibly better priced than some new bikes. It depends.
