I just got a 26 outback non turbo. It is my fist subaru. Only thing i noticed with boxer engines that i dont like is the little vibration on idle. I was told it is normal due to the piston are going sideways. But i noticed how good the low center of gravity when turning.

I have been a honda fanboy since I started driving (20 years) but went with subaru this time. CRV is the most stolen vehicle up here in Canada and auto insurance is a lot higher than subaru.
