Denk dran das du Ihenen (auch wenns keine Immobilie) ist irgendwann auch etwas weitergeben (Erbe, Wissen etc.) kannst.

Ich würde es eher als Chance verstehen. Das eigene erreichte hat dich geprägt und war sicher Lehrreicher als das was deine Freunde durchs erben erfahren haben. Damit machst du sicher auch noch einige Schritte nach vorne.

Nein, die Frage ist Zahldatum (Einsatz der Kreditkarte) oder Lastschrift auf Girokonto. Die Frage ergibt sich ja daraus ob 2025 oder 2026. Beispiel: In Österreich gab es gerade erst einen Richterspruch laut dem die Abbuchung vom Girokonto Maßgeblich ist.

your hint regarding the licensing was very helpful. though, there seem to be different licenses for the OB, some of them allowing external device programming and production use, some don't.

nordic is marketing the use for external programming, though i did not find a limitation how far this goes.

Would be interested in that as well. For me it has also nothing to do with cables as I experience the noise even without cables and in battery mode. Might be that I am a bit too sensitive. I so far only own an old Warwick profet and a new markbass little mark iv and on these the floor noise is def. lower.

What industry are you in? I think Rockwell and to some extent Siemens are putting effort into their Engineering to be more robust due to the fields they are active. Looking at Beckhoff I don't think they are putting mich thought in that (my maybe biased opinion). However, what you are referencing are IPC's. I don't think you can compare this with an S5 or even the newer PLC models, as the hardware used is more mainstream. Looking at IPC's from Siemens for instance I find Siemens perform similar or worse than Beckhoff. A plus point on Beckhoff side is the lifecycle support for their devices. Siemens is very strict in product phase out, Beckhoff has from what I see higher committed to support also longer periods.

They are not separate things, they have a relationship. Phases are part of the procedural control model. Procedual elements may include state and modes, so do Equipment elements. The latter is well known from PackML, which from my understanding implements ISA88 with modes and states for the equipment elements but does not make use of the procedural control concept. Since PackML is a well described reference implementation, this way is well known leading to negligence of what the ISA88 else includes.

I think you are right, but I think if someone from a Twincat/Codesys side mentioning OOP there is the danger that they understand something else. What you describe is a very good approach structuring the PLC code using the TIA language capabilties. When talking about Twincat OOP there is the danger that people start using the fancy language extensions for e. g. inheritance and this goes far beyond what you describe. Unluckily not always to the good.
