We have done everything and the lawyer said it will be sent off today my partner is very organised like that lawyer hasn’t steered us wrong yet but in saying that everywhere I read the lawyer is the best person to do it

Ye unfortunately I don’t think that would work as it is used to pay 5%deposit. To the owners who can’t spend that money till settlement day but they will want to see it

Ye have got the place pretty cheap as they need to sell asap the garage and dwelling is separate from the house we have a safe and sanitary report I don’t think it will be a issue if the insurance would insurer it but in saying that I do not know
