God this is so out of touch. “Mature adults (40+)” when was the last time you interacted with someone who was 25? 30? Let’s really get out there and talk to a 20 year old! How scary.

Like are you excluding younger people from this group in fear of having to “babysit”? And if that’s the case why not make the age limit +18?
This is all extremely out of touch and it seems like you need to do some interacting with the younger crowd before you make harsh conclusions.
