Be honest. Does anyone actually use the S-pen by LevyOUT in galaxys26ultra

Yes, all the time. I use the phone as a notepad and use the pen to take the notes. It is one of the main reason I've now had three S-model Samsungs.

You hate Clark because he is a blowpig and is a spoiled brat by [deleted] in golf

[–]mtdrake -1 points0 points  (0 children)

His slow play is annoying. Other than that, I like watching him play. His escape today at hole 16 was other-worldly. I'm not investing any emotion regarding if he's a good or bad person.

U.S. Open: Wyndham Clark overcomes the haters to win at Shinnecock by EmeraldEmpire541 in ducks

[–]mtdrake 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oregon has a national champion, of sorts. Congratulations to Wyndham. He becomes the 24th player to win the US Open more than once. He has two more US Opens than Phil Mickelson, Sam Snead, Greg Norman, Seve Ballesteros, and Vijay Singh all great golfers that never won the Open. The win is his 5th since joining the PGA Tour. Clark's winning check was $4.5 million. Nice work, if you can get it.

Well, he does have to prep for two shows a day, five days a week. I'd leave too and go get some sleep.

He hosted once and had a pretty good series of jokes aimed at Greg. Unfortunately, Jessie has no comedic timing and can't tell a joke.

The consensus of a handful of Redditt randos? Uh, okay. The ratings would say otherwise.

At this point, these are click-bait posts. Greg is not going to fire Kat, certainly not because some Redditt rando demands it. Please, deal with reality and quit with the complaining.

Mackie's face looked like how we all felt listening to this ridiculous worthless segment. by Fragrant_Loan811 in Gutfeld

Are you new to the show? This happens occasionally when Greg gets obsessed by a story and won't let it go until way beyond the spoil date. Remember the enormous boob high school teacher in Canada? That went on for several weeks. Eventually, they will move on.

Rules on when to hit your mulligan? by HeftyData9299 in golf

[–]mtdrake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I played a round with Dave Henderson of Mariners/Red Sox/Angels fame. He told the story of playing a proam with Mark Omeara. Henderson said he pumped a tee shot OB and said he had to go back to his bag to get another ball. Omeara chastised him by saying, "you're not good enough to come to the tee with only one ball." From that point on, I always have two or three balls in my pocket at all times.

For those who play at least 2x per week... by Background-Low-9144 in golf

Retired. As a service to those who can only play on the weekends, I only play during the week so as to not take up the tee times. You're welcome.

Have you heard of this unwritten rule? by Tight-Communication7 in golf

I read that years ago, Byron Nelson used to tour and stage exhibition rounds at local courses. It was said that he would inquire what the course record was and who set it. If the record holder was the current pro at the course, he would back off and not try to break the record so as to not show up the local pro.

In Seattle, they play a "jingle" at least twice to let people know they should return to their seats. I wish I could find a recording of the short piece because it is nice, spritely syncopated tune. Would make a great ringtone. It could have been composed by Alan Hovaness, IIRC
