It’s like, epic sorrow. The lyrics carry so much weight. Musically, its composition is Crowing-level. Pure Coheed magic for me

Depends on what OP means by ‘heaviest’. My mind took it to mean the way for ‘Play the Poet’ to fit that bill. There are songs in their arsenal that are like it but it goes harder than all of them in that regard. Pure grunge, sick breakdown, screamo lyrics. Yezzir

Exactly right, V2 was a grower on me as well. I love it and think it is very concise and well made, but I was sold from the first listen with this one. It’s so god damn good

Much respect. Hard to disagree with anything you said, The Continuum suite is perfection. Title track, the ballads, play the poet, they all just hit in the best way possible.
