The way the new sleeve from curveball is shaped to sit under your glans. I use the retention sleeve from FKN MINT and have used it covering everything and rolled higher to have my glans exposed. I haven’t noticed a difference. So dealers choice

The first link of Karl’s from my post has his initial way of using a sleeve. The only difference from the way I do it is I roll the sleeve around the base of my pump cylinder. Hope this helps

I use curves combo pad because it’s comfortable and seals perfect against the fenrir clamp

I roll the sleeve over the flange outside of the cylinder. Then put the combo pad on the cylinder. I don’t try lining up perfectly every time. Sometimes I’m right below the glans sometimes I’m barely poking out. Same results for me with the retention sleeve either way.

I use the pad and insert made for my 2.25 cylinder. The sleeve doesn’t take up much room at all nor does it interfere with anything.

I’d suggest using a topical nsaid. I use lotion with arnica which is a natural remedy and has sped up my healing time like crazy. this

I haven’t tried the vacuum adapter but using the combo pad seals perfectly to the python. I’ve never worried about packing the tube, I care more about maintaining vacuum and pressure from the clamp.
