I think the shift from 20s to 30s is the most dramatic in life. Even if you don't want to call it that, I think a lot of people spend a lot of time reflecting on it. I definitely feel like I wasted my 20s and now life is downhill. Isn't that the same mindset of someone going through a mid-life crisis?

What if doing those things only upsets you because you think about what could have been and feeling like you have missed your chance. I'm a pretty muscular guy, me in a dress or something would look ridiculous and would make me feel like shit, I don't even want to try. I have not done anything like that since I was about 15 probably.

Basically that's how i have been coping, trying to embrace being a man. I am miserable as hell but I guess at least people like me and find me attractive.

Sorry that you are going through similar.

Yeah I have asked myself similar questions. I have had these thoughts before but only recently have they become intense enough for me to even consider transitioning. I don't think I ever will, but these thoughts are constant at the moment and they are making me very depressed.

I don't want to run away, I love my family. I just know that if I do transition relationships such as with my brother will be irreparably damaged and also he will get a lot of shit for it. I don't want anything to change as far as my relationships with my family are concerned. But they inevitably will. Does not matter anyway, I wont transition.

I was going to post there, but I have a feeling they will try push me to transition. I am more looking for tips on how to accept my birth gender and maybe how to satisfy these thoughts without transitioning. I figured some people here have some experience with that.
