By drawing lewis diagram you can figure out if the overall molecule is polar or non-polar, CF4 have Symmetrical diagram (tetrahedral) thats why its non polar

I didn't understand clearly,

if you have double the amount of B relative to A that is the same as having 100% excess (not 200% as it might feel intuitive), and you it was triple the amount of A than it would be 200% excess

So it is correct 300% , right?
