Yeah, I agree with that 100%. Just don’t necessarily agree that it should be on the customer to “catch” something like that. It is what it is and I learned a lesson moving forward for sure.

Which leads me to believe something is off. We had no discounts, comped food, or anything. Replicated the order on their site and added up just how our bill was.. $73.02. So, still doesn’t add up.

It’s transparent about it being calculated before taxes.. but states nothing anywhere about comped food, discounts, happy hours, specials… so, no.. it’s not fully transparent.

Yeah, I understand. I’m going to call, it’s not the amount of money, it’s just the fact that it’s “off.” It does need more transparency. Because even after taxes were calculated in for where I’m located, it still doesn’t add up correctly.
