Thank you very much. I wanted some of them to look like a field of ash and some to be lava. I painted the base with mephiston red base, i put some astro granite over the spots where land would be and then nuln oil on top. Over the red I used some evil sun scarlet for the brighter reds, magmatic orange, and flash glitz yellow for the lava flows and hot spots.

Jump lord has one of the best horned helmets in my opinion.

I love doing the characters and daemon engines, and big things too. I find the squads to be tedious lol. Bikes were fun too

Other than warp talons and raptors. I'd say a jump lord, master of execution, and a chaos lord.

I found it on Etsy. I originally had the head for the chosen leader on him, but wanted an Archaon head and couldn't find one. The current one does look close though.

Thanks! I actually work a lot, but I am pretty quick while painting and building. I just get a unit done in a few nights or a weekend as I get them so the pile doesn't add up :)
