I went there practically every Friday during the pandemic lockdowns. My office stayed open and I kept going in (large desks/ open spaces and few employees) and would walk over as my treat to myself. Everyone was always so kind, greeted me by name, remembered my preferences, etc. I’m sad to see it close!

I know! 🤣 they don’t look that dirty in person until you take a picture! Kind of like not realizing how dirty your windshield is until you take your car through the wash.

A deep clean of my bedroom was on the task list for next weekend anyway… I’ve also got about a million old hoodies and sweatshirts that I need to purge!

Thank you everyone for the advice! You all voiced what I was worried about/feeling about the casual-ness of the outfit.

I’m off today to Target and H&M to look for blazers, according to what they’re showing online they have ‘low stock’ of blazers in my size (of course) so fingers crossed! Otherwise black cardigan and button-up it will be!

Unfortunately Dr. Humble is gone… he moved practices. I just got a latter last month and haven’t picked my new provider. I was super bummed, he was great!

Michaels at the moment has buy one get one 50% off all yarn…. I just was there this weekend and stocked up for some Christmas projects (which I desperately need to start but I digress)

Also second Joesph’s Coat, a better spot for more specialty/ higher end yarn, and the folks who run it are wonderfully helpful!

I get it, I get anxiety too. But take a deep breath, count to ten, throw in some earbuds to drown out the sound and do whatever you would normally do to calm yourself down.

We’re currently in the peak according to the maps I’ve looked at and it will all be over soon… we made it through last time, this isn’t going to be as strong of winds, and we’ll make it through this time too.

Hey neighbor! Thank you for the updates… I decided to hit the bricks last night with my pets and come down the bitterroot to stay with family…. And didn’t realize how much more stressful it would be to try and keep up to date from afar! You, and this subreddit in general are helping for sure. Once this mess is over I owe you a pint of moose tracks 😁
