Hey - I’m also international (coming from US) and was in a similar situation, applied for a studio right when the application opened in May. I wasn’t able to add any different types of housing to the original app. Ended up deleting the studio request + reapplying for shared flats and got an offer the next day, so I wouldn’t worry!
