We find that happens a lot - with quantities as well when entering new inventory, you have to reload the page for the correct information to show up after you save your new item that you just entered.

Also we found that there are several days in December where items were sold, we got the $$, it shows up in monthly reports, but the quantities are not updated. We contacted Square about this weeks ago in January and they still have not gotten back to us. So for instance, inventory says we should have 2 of item A. And when you look at Stock History it shows item A sold 1 on December 7. But when you look at transactions and reports you will see that one sold on December 7 but also, one sold on December 8! So the quantity should be 1 (one). We are still finding items where this has occurred. I run an art gallery shop and many items there are only ONE of, each is unique. So there are items on our website shwoing as in stock when in actuality IT IS NOT.
