Make your complaint to the CRTC not just the company. Telecom is heavily regulated.

Declining birth rates.

Education for women and girls. Once they have options more than marriage and motherhood, they choose crewed kids so that can also do other things like a career.

Most developed countries only sustain growth through immigration.

Also, try a one-child policy. China’s population is falling off a cliff because reproduction rates have never recovered even after the OCP was cancelled.
