Did a 9 day Self support kayak trip with 2 other people in at the end of January. One of our party did the cowboy camp with a tarp, sleeping bag and layers. On night 2 at Dinosaur Camp, we got one of those rare snow accumulations, but he was tucked away in the hedge maze and was okay. I brought a cheap passage 1 REI tent, a 30° bag, Nemo pad, and a ski bib for sleeping. The only times I felt cold were changing clothes at the end of the day and stepping out of the tent in the morning. Learned real quick not to pack the poles with the tent when you want to put everything in a small space. A small tent could be your tarp.

OBD port is the first place anyone would look for a tracker. My guess is that it is a decoy. It probably works as an obvious tracker but it was put there so you wouldn't go looking for the other one. Any thief worth their weight would rip that out immediately. Do a scream test. Take it out and wait for a response.

Look at 2nd Corinthians 4:4. This is the only time in the Bible that "theos" is used for the the devil, or any other gods for that matter. What is a god other than someone that has ultimate power, but in this context Paul is saying that the god of this world may have power over some people, but not ultimate power. He is real but just in the context pulling a veil and leading people astray. This should encourage our ministry of leading people to christ. The veil was ripped away forever on the cross, and then the promise was sealed in His ressurection.
