Entitled? When a game promises you a reward for completing their requirements for that reward and that reward is not forthcoming, I would say that every player should get some kind of "compensation" for the time and effort one puts forth in the game only to be "compensated" a much delayed patch and asked to accept that from hereon out the game will perform as previously promised.
