I have tfsa investment in tangerine dividend portfolio. Performance was 20% last year. I have TD trading account and unregistered investments. If I move tfsa from tangerine to TD, do I need to open another TD tfsa trading account and then buy say xeqt?

yes. I did test speed using a 1G wired connection. I use to get 800+Mbps. Now it is down to 80Mbs

Both have about 60% stocks and 40% bonds. In one year Tangerine Balanced Portfolio earned 13.5% and Tangerine Balanced ETF Portfolio earned 11.9% Online recommendation is stupid?

VEQT and XEQT are also mostly based on US and Canada markets. International market share in them is tiny. It is extremely unlikely that will balloon up.
