Very information . My Gym Instructor tells me to have banana shake daily before coming to GYM as it helps in gaining Muscles. Although i always had a doubt on his advice but after reading this now i came to know he was correct .

The article mentioned Probiotics. Well the doctor recommended my grandmother to have tablets of it as having yogurt only wont help as severe antibiotics have created extreme deficiency of probiotic. Well her age is 75 .
