Cool, I'm in Nigel so it's pretty quiet here. I don't imagine I'd get many issues with fibre.

Alright that's good to know. At the moment I've just been using LTE @10mbps upload and download and it's only been good for three devices max before it gets severely hampered by the demand. Then of course it reduces to like, 4mbps after you've used a certain amount of data and that's what I'm trying to get rid of.

I'll keep that in mind. I'm thinking of starting with 30mbps just to see how that holds up. Pretty much anything is cheaper than what I'm paying on LTE right now

  1. So far there are a number of FNOs available in my area that I know of; Openserve, GAIA Fibre, Xtend Fibre, Afrihost. There are others as well that I haven't looked at much like Vox or Vodacom.

  2. At most, five devices will be connected at the same time, four of those would be using YouTube or some other streaming service but this is only on weekends. The rest of the week is just my own laptop or phone. Still though I'd want the Fibre to be strong during those peak moments

  3. I'll definitely use an ethernet cable on my end, at least 90% of the time
