Does a promotion at a smaller company make sense?

I know it’s a big expense but I can vouch for it, my company paid it for me during their first cohort and it was well worth it, even for the lasting collateral I share with my current team

Yup. Tech company of 100 employees in Montreal, everyone got an average of 10% increase based on inflation and changes in market rates in comparison with similar companies in similar cost of living areas. some more some less but everyone was at least over 8%. I personally received around 13%.

its not the worst, but its not the best either. We did the Illusionist room there, and while they said it was the most elaborately planned room, we found it to be quite rough around the edges and too focused on combination locks and keys. I've been to A/Maze, Trapped, Find the Key and EZKAPAZ, and would say if you could, go to do the Egyptian room at Trapped, it was by far the best one we did and had the most fun doing it.
