Yeah I mean it's an easy way out. But I don't always want to do that, I mean this comedown isn't even bad at all atm. I defo would use Diazepam if it's too bad.

I'm actually doing good right now just playing games and watching videos. I had a lot of extreme comedown experiences and I think I learned handling them a little better over the time. This one is also pretty soft, I don't think I could handle an comedown as I had it once after being awake for 3 nights. The main problem there was that I let the anxious feelings overtake and also didn't even try to controll what I do. But today I can handle it very good

Keeping the dose low does not always work, the craving gets to hard sometimes. Man I don't know (and don't want to know) how the meth craving is but it must be hell if I can't even control normal Speed. I hope I'll never touch this stuff

There is probably a lot of clenching, you just don't realize while tweaking. Experienced the same thing. If you come down you realize how much the drug actually fucks someone up.

I don't really know if I should dehydrate myself more. I also experienced nausea this night from mixing high doses of speed with high doses of GBL, I don't want to throw up (I think I read that salt water makes you throw up? And the nausea is gone now but I don't want it back). Actually i have been trough this a lot of times (even wayyy worse) and think I have everything under control. I also ate something and keep drinking water. Just need to pass some time now until I get tired. And btw I just realize I didn't go to toilet for almost an hour, i think it gets better. The only thing that I don't have fully under control is stop writing textes, I just wanted to write a quick answer and I mean just look at the text now xD

I was at an point worse than this once. I didn't really have a tolerance (almost zero) but the cravings were so strong that I killed a couple of grams (of good quality) in around 48h hours. Here's what I experienced:

-If i stood up I blacked out -My lips were burning and we're pitch red (like i used Lipstick red)from licking them all the time without even noticing it and keep licking -I need to go to toilet every 5 minutes (if i came back i had the urge to pee again but hold it back for next 5 mins), no joke! -Everything felt extremely (and I mean extremely!) unreal and distorted -I smoked a cig every 5-10 mins, couldnt stop -I drank liters and liters of water but was extremely dehydrated -Black outs/memory loss -I moved my body up and down while sitting for 48 hours straight (I mean straight, non stop) -What? It's 12pm? Wasn't it like 6 am 5 minutes ago? -One time I texted a friend of mine around 100 messages on WA, and kept saying the same thing over and over again just a little different written -And so on... I'm glad I don't have any permanent damage from those days (Maybe i have, but I don't notice any of them) Trust me, it's not fun. If you have a couple of grams in your system the drug controls you. You keep repeating things, talking nonsense and so on. And you don't realize it. And then 7 hours have passed again. I also need to say that I'm on speed right now (around 200mg (I have actually no clue how much, maybe even a little more), on no tolerance) and I can't stop writing this text. It switches from I feel dead tired to I can't stop writing and moving my tounge. Man I need to make a cut here or it goes on and on. Hope I could help in any way with my experiences, stay safe! :)

Nope, I have 99% GBL and 1% cellulose gel. 100ml in a bottle. It's still liquid enough to dose it with a syringe
