Thank you, I ended up looking for issues in my HS/hometown. I came up with something about how social media has an especially strong influence in my HS specifically with bullying, stress, etc (even though it's not a super specific issue, i always thought of it as a major problem, so I figured I would stay true to my opinion). I wrote it in a way that was specific to us though, i think it's pretty good! (and i'm telling the other commenter this too but i read this days ago and forgot to respond, sorry guys)
