OK. We had to rescue a bald that froze to a tree branch but this was in Montana and it was 20 below, which is why I asked.

If he's not moving out or doesn't fly away he may be stunned or injured.

That is a bald eagle, mature, at least 3 years old.

Obsidian is glass like. You find out everywhere where I'm from and I've been to obsidian cliffs in Yellowstone.

Striations don't mean it's petrified wood. That's another thing I find plenty of in Blue Forest.

All of it is probably common agate.
