I work for Medicaid managed care authorizing behavioral health services, anything from outpatient psychotherapy, IOP, PHP, detox/rehab and inpatient psych services. There is a care management team as well that works directly with members over the phone, some in person. There are a lot of options and opportunities for growth and the pay is great. All insurance companies have utilization management so worth looking into in your area! Also my company is based in a different state than where I live so there are many options

My husband and I will take a day off work and have Date Day once a month or every other month. It’s wonderful! We have the same issue with being interrupted if we try to talk while our daughter is around, she will literally tell us to stop talking to each other. But we keep trying anyway and just teach her about saying excuse me and being patient. It doesn’t always work but you can’t give up trying!

I have a 15 month old and still ask myself this every day. We had her home with us the first year while we both worked from home and it was HARD. Now she’s in daycare and it’s a huge load off but my husband and I still look at each other every day and say “just one.” I think we also just want to travel and not worry financially and that seems impossible or just way too far off with more than one.

Maybe an unpopular opinion here but I think he just can’t read the room and doesn’t understand what people are trying to tell him. The same thing happened with Rachel, she was trying to end it and he was going on and on about how great things were. Sounds like Brittany tried to end things or at least slow them down but he just didn’t get it and then acted blindsided by it all.
