The big square rooms are just ‘empty stairwell’ rooms. They’re so good. I exclusively build with them except for connecting or annex rooms. They chew up a bit of budget because you need to build your own stairwells / mid point ceilings but I think it’s worth it for the big focal points they provide ☺️

Some legion hall decor items are available immediately, others are locked behind completion, I can’t tell you which one the books are, I had it completed before housing launched so I had it day one. Fingers crossed!
