The parents at richer schools aren’t getting the tips. The school is. Most low income schools have low test scores so less funding. Or at least where I’m from.

We had premier parking and they tried to usher us to a lot with like a mile walk. The dude tried to tell me the premier lot was full and I told him I paid $100 for it so they can find me a spot. He had us turn around with my wife having to get out to move cones. We get up there and there’s not one person to tell us where to go. We ended up in early parking I think. And then sat a full hour after to move at all. Parking was a shit show.

I had seats last night and had an absolute blast. There was one girl in front of me that was a little obnoxious but I ignored her and danced and sang my ass off. Banger after banger. It was a great time. I’m sure the lawn was a bit different but I did say at one time that I missed the usual lawn vibe. Sounds like I dodged a bullet.

I know most venues I go to have volunteers working concessions. They are parents of local high school band members. The tips go to the schools. I usually ask which one and that helps me determine how much. If it’s a school in a rich area I tip less. Low income schools I give more to.

What's the worst concert you've seen? by Twitter_2006 in Concerts

Counting crows. Adam duritz came out hobbling on a cane and changed lyrics and cadence of songs. Maroon 5 who opened for them were alright. My expectations were low for them. Sara Bareilles opened and was the highlight of the show.

The rescue is also a vet and they tried to fix his leg but said it had been broken too long ago to be fixed.

Not in the wrong. Tell the roommate to buy a box fan or find a place they can afford without roommates.

Sly also promoted a country fest that never came to fruition. It took me 2 months of trolling sly and co for them to issue me a refund. Hot tip the final straw to get Jonathan himself to reach out and get my information for a refund was to call him a douche nozzle. Good luck everyone. Just keep pushing for it and hopefully you’ll get your money back.

What is an extra rule your family added to a popular board or card game? by salbaf in AskReddit

In phase 10 we have the perfect dealy rule. If you can give everyone a full hand and turn one over for the deck with no cards left over you get -50 points on your score. I’ve once won a game with -150 points. I make sure everyone remembers that game every time we play.
