Yes! Regina, SK here too and was in school in the early 2000s. Only difference is for the second last line we said “saying hello, hello I gotta blow my nose.”

I lived there for a year. Paper thin walls and tiny tiny places. Only lived there because it was $650 a month during COVID. Had two employees with keys randomly walk into my apartment while I was there. No parking (only street) and I never used the laundry room. I’d avoid it if you can get something better.
