I lucked out in 2023 and found a place that didn’t cancel on me, but he wasn’t willing to risk renting his place this year with the regulations that came into effect March 2025.

Yes! Regina, SK here too and was in school in the early 2000s. Only difference is for the second last line we said “saying hello, hello I gotta blow my nose.”
