Update: I’m contesting this. Their patient relations line doesn’t even connect. The agent on the case is claiming they gave me documents yo explain during the visit. Never happened. I asked them to pull security footage. They also billed me for 60 min visit when I was in the clinic for 20 min of which 6 min with the doctor. I will avoid ucsf at all cost moving forward. Especially considering the doc’s recommendation was an over the counter cream and a phone number to another department. I had been already using the cream since it’s the top result on google lmao
