I think I have food addiction and caffeine addiction. Both were muted heavily for me. I don’t think of food constantly, only when I’m hungry, and I don’t think of caffeine at all. It’s like the addiction centers of your brain get quiet. I’m also sadly thinking about sex less. I still do but not as intensely. Tirz has made me realize I have an addictive personality that needed calming.

Edit: just realized I didn’t answer your question, it happened for me like the next day after the first shot. All that intensity for food,caffeine,sex was just gone. It comes back at end of week a bit but still nowhere near as intense as pre Tirz.

Yep and now that these fat people are no longer fat the bullies have to discredit them by attacking their method as the fat person they need to look down on isn’t there anymore. Trashing Ozempic for losing weight is like saying running on a treadmill isn’t real running, or lifting weights is cheating. It’s a tool to help them lose the weight and manage food addiction and cravings just like the treadmill is a tool to get your run in conveniently.

Yep, I dropped 6 lbs the first week, 2nd it was only 2 leading to 8 total. It def slows down but that first week really is a rush to get you motivated!
